Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We hope you love your order. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Conditions: items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene liner intact. Final sale items, gift cards, and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How to return: contact our Client Services at hello@casablanca-school-project.com with your order number to receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.

 

Refunds: once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are offered subject to stock availability.

 

Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
